Gearbox and differential fluids should be replaced according to your manufacturer’s recommendations. Many manufacturers recommend
that this fluid be changed every 30,000 miles. Gearbox and differential fluids lubricate bearings and gears to allow smooth and easy movement. If the fluid is low or worn out it could cause premature wear or failure of the gearbox.
